About Us
Cadence began as a mobile CPR, AED, and First Aid company, training healthcare workers, nursing students, teachers, and coaches across the community. When the pandemic hit, we stepped back and looked hard at where we could do the most good. The answer was obvious. Healthcare was short-staffed, families couldn't find trained caregivers, and the pipeline of new talent had dried up. So we set out to build one.
Today, Cadence Healthcare Training Solutions prepares people for real careers in healthcare, starting with our Indiana Department of Health approved CNA and QMA programs. We teach the technical skills that get you hired and the professional skills that make you stay: communication, accountability, and how to carry yourself on a care team. Nurse aide training is the foundation for nearly every path in healthcare, from QMA and patient care tech to home health aide, medical assistant, and one day, LPN or RN.
We're located at 951 Monument Dr., Lebanon, IN, right off Exit 138 on I-65, in a newly renovated classroom and simulation lab built for hands-on learning.

Our Why...
For 47 years, I had the privilege of calling Cynthia Lynch my mother. She was my best friend and my first teacher, and my daughter Kayla's grandma. She lived every one of our core values long before we ever wrote them down.
On January 11, 2022, my mom gained her wings after a long battle with chronic lung disease. In her final years, her care needs were around the clock, and more than anything, she wanted to stay home. We fought to honor that wish. But even with approved help from an outside agency, we could not find well-trained caregivers to meet her needs. We weren't alone. Nursing homes and home care agencies were stretched thin, and families everywhere were watching their loved ones go without the care they deserved.
Kayla and I made a promise: to help fix a broken system so that other families wouldn't face what we did. My mom believed that if you see a problem, you don't wait for someone else to solve it. You become part of the solution.
So we did. After years in nursing and nine years caring full-time for my mom, I understood the need for skilled, compassionate caregivers better than any textbook could teach. In 2022, we secured our facility, built our curriculum, and earned Indiana Department of Health approval to train nurse aides. Cadence Healthcare Training Solutions grew out of that promise.
Every student we train is part of my mom's legacy, and part of the solution she believed in.
